4. Do they have different options to fit your budget? We will do everything we can to try and accommodate your budget. We realize some events like training meetings, school and sport banquets don't have large budgets but if we can help you out in these instances you may use us for your bigger functions as well.
5. Are they consistently “on-time” with their service?  We have an On Time or it's FREE policy and we have rarely lost on that guarantee.
6. What size of portions do they serve? (Lower price may mean less food) We use standard size portions for our package menus. That is about 4 to 5 oz of a protein or 8 oz of a pasta or rice dish and 4 oz of side dishes and a small plate of salad greens for the salad.
7. How much notice is needed to book catering?
   We will do our best to meet your catering needs the same day if possible. Give us a call.
8. Can you get a written proposal the same day you call? Not only that but you can use the web site to see exactly what it will cost. If you need a custom quote it will be emailed to you the same day.
9. What services are included in the catering? (You don’t want any surprises on the day of your event!) Our packages include just about everything you need for a casual office party or meeting. Delivery may or not be included depending on size and event location but everything is clearly displayed on your proposal.
10. What “Guarantee” do they provide, if any? Once you have checked their testimonials, an had a sample of their food do they stand behind their product.
